Nothing to Declare

Well, not really. But it feels like it. My ATM card stopped working last week. Yikes. It was like being back in London, right after college, when I landed with $200 and a work visa. I've been scrounging and stretching $50 over six days. (Credit cards really are of little use here, unless I want to have an expensive meal or buy some souvenirs.) But the card arrived today, just in time for my trip to DF. I'm waiting for L. and her husband to come pick me up and then we're off!
